2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown including VAT or applicable taxes.
Payment is made online by credit/debit card.

3. Delivery

Goods are shipped from our warehouses in Slovakia, Germany, and Croatia.
We deliver using recognized transport and courier services within the EU.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are regulated in a separate “Return & Refund Policy”, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Slovak consumer protection law.

5. Liability

The seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products or by ignoring the usage instructions.
Maximum liability of the seller is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Intellectual property
System Leveling and EREFA are protected brands. Any use of logos, product photos, descriptions, or other content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Force majeure
The seller is not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., war, pandemic, strikes, natural disasters, courier delays).

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Slovak law. The competent court is located in Bratislava, Slovakia.

2. Preise und Zahlung

Alle Preise verstehen sich inkl. MwSt. oder gesetzlicher Abgaben.
Die Zahlung erfolgt online per Kredit-/Debitkarte.

3. Lieferung

Die Waren werden aus unseren Lagern in der Slowakei, Deutschland und Kroatien versendet.
Der Versand erfolgt mit anerkannten Transportunternehmen und Kurierdiensten innerhalb der EU.
Versandkosten werden im Bestellprozess berechnet.

4. Rückgabe und Rückerstattung
Die Rückgabe und Rückerstattung sind in der separaten „Rückgabe- und Erstattungsrichtlinie“ geregelt, gemäß der EU-Richtlinie 2011/83/EU und dem slowakischen Verbraucherschutzgesetz.

5. Haftung

Der Verkäufer haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Verwendung der Produkte oder Missachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung entstehen.
Die maximale Haftung des Verkäufers ist auf den Kaufpreis des Produkts beschränkt.

6. Geistiges Eigentum
System Leveling und EREFA sind geschützte Marken. Jede Verwendung von Logos, Produktfotos, Beschreibungen oder anderem Inhalt ohne vorherige schriftliche Zustimmung ist strengstens untersagt.

7. Höhere Gewalt
Der Verkäufer haftet nicht für Verzögerungen oder Nichterfüllung aufgrund von Ereignissen außerhalb unserer Kontrolle (z. B. Krieg, Pandemie, Streiks, Naturkatastrophen, Verzögerungen beim Kurier).

8. Rechtsordnung
Diese AGB unterliegen dem slowakischen Recht. Zuständig ist das Gericht in Bratislava, Slowakei.

Le paiement se fait en ligne par carte bancaire.

3. Livraison

Les marchandises sont expédiées depuis nos entrepôts en Slovaquie, Allemagne et Croatie.
Nous livrons avec des services de transport et de messagerie reconnus dans l’UE.
Les frais de livraison sont calculés lors de la commande.

4. Retours et remboursements
Les retours et remboursements sont régis par la politique distincte « Return & Refund Policy », conformément à la Directive 2011/83/UE et à la législation slovaque sur la protection des consommateurs.

5. Responsabilité

Le vendeur n’est pas responsable des dommages causés par une utilisation incorrecte des produits ou par le non-respect des instructions.
La responsabilité maximale du vendeur est limitée au prix d’achat du produit.

6. Propriété intellectuelle
Les marques System Leveling et EREFA sont protégées. Toute utilisation des logos, photos produits, descriptions ou autre contenu sans autorisation écrite préalable est strictement interdite.

7. Force majeure
Le vendeur n’est pas responsable des retards ou de l’inexécution dus à des événements indépendants de sa volonté (par ex. guerre, pandémie, grèves, catastrophes naturelles, retards de transporteur).

8. Droit applicable
Les présentes CGV sont régies par le droit slovaque. Le tribunal compétent est celui de Bratislava, Slovaquie.

Všeobecné obchodné podmienky (VOP)

2. Ceny a platby

Všetky ceny sú uvedené vrátane DPH alebo zákonom stanovených poplatkov.
Platba sa vykonáva online platobnou kartou.

3. Dodanie

Tovar sa odosiela z našich skladov na Slovensku, v Nemecku a Chorvátsku.
Dodávame prostredníctvom uznávaných prepravných a kuriérskych služieb v rámci EÚ.
Náklady na dopravu sa počítajú pri objednávke.

4. Vrátenie a refundácia
Vrátenie a refundácia sú upravené v samostatnej „Politike vrátenia a refundácie“ podľa smernice EÚ 2011/83/EÚ a slovenského zákona o ochrane spotrebiteľa.

5. Zodpovednosť

Predávajúci nezodpovedá za škody spôsobené nesprávnym použitím výrobkov alebo nedodržaním návodu na použitie.
Maximálna zodpovednosť predávajúceho je obmedzená na kúpnu cenu výrobku.

6. Duševné vlastníctvo
System Leveling a EREFA sú chránené značky. Akékoľvek použitie loga, fotografií produktov, popisov alebo iného obsahu bez predchádzajúceho písomného súhlasu je prísne zakázané.

7. Vyššia moc
Predávajúci nezodpovedá za oneskorenia alebo nesplnenie povinností spôsobené udalosťami mimo našej kontroly (napr. vojna, pandémia, štrajk, prírodné katastrofy, meškanie kuriéra).

8. Právny rámec
Tieto VOP sa riadia slovenským právom. Príslušným súdom je súd v Bratislave, Slovensko.
